Basketball City hosts "FREE" Hugo Boss Summer Camp - 2007
Basketball City partners with Hugo Boss to host a "FREE" Summer Camp for 200 underprivileged youth in August, 2007. Appearances by two-time NBA MVP Steve Nash, Nate Robinson (New York Knicks) and former New York Knick John Starks. These personalities spoke about understanding significant life characteristics as well as basketball. Each camper also received a Basketball City / Hugo Boss jersey, Hugo boss duffle bag and hat. 1993 Nike Camp All Star Game
This is the 1993 Nike Camp All Star game. The summer before his junior year, Kevin Garnett gave a performance at the camp that would earn him national recognition as a future phenom. You will also see a kid named Allen Iverson before he was known to everyone as the Answer. Take note at a young up and coming sophmore, Ronnie Fields, who would later team up with Kevin Garnett at Farragut. Samaki Walker, Jahidi White, Ron Mercer, Lorenzen Wright, and Raef Lafrentz also made the squads. [
